To use our Services, you must have an AppleID. This is required to ensure that (only) you can log in. We will never provide this information to other parties. We do not handle any payment or billing data.
Times Tables by MemoryLab does not provide pupils with any means to communicate, directly or indirectly, with each other.
No sensitive information processing.

We may collect details of other interactions that you have with us, together with any other information that you choose to provide us with, outside of Times Tables by MemoryLab. For example, through correspondence and interactions with our support team.
- How and why do we process your data?
We process your learning information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:
To make adaptive learning possible
MemoryLab adapts based on your previous learning behavior. That is why we store that learning behavior as:
- what you answered;
- how long it took you to do so;
- practice time per exercise;
- which fact lists were practiced;
- when you practised;
- the levels you have played;
- the rewards you obtained.
We only use this data to improve the system, or – without anyone being able to recognize you in it – to make statements about the learning behaviour of larger groups of people. To further the understanding of memory and learning, this anonymised data may be used in scientific research.
To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to you
When you practise with MemoryLab lessons, we keep track of how you practise. This information is also stored in our systems and used to analyse, optimise and improve MemoryLab. In addition, some of your usage information is necessary to be able to offer you the Service. For example, you can view your progress across levels, and earn trophies.
We temporarily collect anonymous error information to help us ‘debug’ (solve) problems, so we can see how problems have arisen. This information contains your IP address (the number of your computer that makes it possible to recognize your computer), and the type of browser (the computer program to view internet pages). It is automatically removed after 14 days. The processing of this information is necessary to securely and correctly offer our Service and will not be used for any purpose other than debugging problems.
To enable the use of third-party software
We do not share learning data with third-party software providers. However, there are some third parties who perform Services for us or on our behalf and require access to certain information to do that work. There is no advertising of any kind, third-party or otherwise, in our app. The third parties we use for Times Tables by MemoryLab are the following:
- Cloud computing services – Microsoft Azure
